Estimation Plus agrees to provide a digital “estimate” document based on the work description outlined in the invoice sent via email. A 50% down payment is required, with the remaining 50% due prior to final submission.
Upon receipt of payment, Estimation Plus will provide the estimate document within 2-3 business days, unless noted otherwise in the invoice description or email. Our services include QTO (Quantity Take-Off), but not MTO (Material Take-Off).
Standard pricing based on RS Mean database will be used, but clients are encouraged to provide their own prices, which can be adjusted in our Excel sheet. The information and quantities contained in the estimate document are compiled to the best of our knowledge, and by utilizing this information, clients accept its accuracy and waive any claims for errors.
The submission date may be revised if the client fails to pay the 50% down payment within the proposed timeline. Estimation Plus will not be responsible for any delays resulting from the client’s failure to make the final 50% payment.
Any queries must be submitted within 2 days of the final submission. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Once payment is received, refunds will not be granted.
Additional addendums will be charged separately if requested after the final submission. Color-coded take-off blueprints and bid form filling services will also be charged separately.
